Green Curry

The word “Kaew” means green and “Wan” means sweet. This classic Thai curry can be made with chicken or any other meat. Its mild and simple curry flavor make it popular among many foreigners. This curry is always hot and slightly sweet, the spiciness determined by the amount of green chilies used to achieve the desired shade of green. To make the green chicken curry more flavorful, fresh green peppercorns can also be added to the curry mixture.
